Jack McCauley joined Silver Grove Financial Group as an wealth advisor in 2015 specializing in New York State teachers retirement plans. In 2023 Jack was appointed as the Managing Director for Silver Grove's Strategic Partnership division. Jacks primary focus is assisting the firm with coordinating new or prospective clients to the expert advisor or department that best suits their needs. Jack has over 10 years of experience in the financial field and focuses most of his time interviewing advisors, firms, businesses and individuals to see what specific skills and expertise the firm could utilize to improve its client experience. 

Jack is deeply interested in leadership development, and he's very involved with leadership programs in a number of city, state and national level organizations:

  • Past Vice President of the NY State Junior Chamber of Commerce
  • Past President of the Board for the Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce
  • Leadership Fellow for the Junior Chamber International (JCI)
  • Class Chair and Graduate of 2018 Rising Leaders through Leadership Buffalo
  • Past Board Member - Board of Directors Junior Achievement of WNY.

Jack currently lives in Buffalo, New York, with his wife, Stefanie, their 2 Sons, and their boxer named Tiki.
