Julianne Lepo-Incardona, CDFA
Turning Tides Financial
“An emotional crisis doesn’t have to be a financial crisis.”
Julianne began her journey in the financial industry more than 25 years ago, first as a coach and then as an advisor with M&T bank before, most recently, founding her own firm, Turning Tides Financial, LLC, in 2013.
Julianne’s decision to branch out independently comes from an affinity she feels for people who are experiencing sudden change in their lives, such as the death of a spouse, unexpected retirement, and especially divorce. Her ideal client is facing financial upheaval in the midst of emotional turmoil and is looking for a financial advocate to be part of their team. Today, she offers her own suite of financial advising and planning programs to men and women who are facing the challenge of divorce.
Julianne is a registered CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analysor), and a member of both the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA) as well as the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA). Julianne also holds the following licenses:
- Series 65 - Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (held with Silver Grove Advisory Services)
- Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (held with LPL Financial)
- Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination (held with LPL Financial)
- Series 6 - Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination (held with LPL Financial)
Julianne loves to be active in the local community and has been involved with Junior Achievement of WNY (Jaycees) and also the Save a Tear Project, an organization focused on bringing awareness to mental health and suicide prevention. She recently participated in a triathlon for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Julianne and her partner live locally with their extended family - two dogs and five cats. She is grateful for every opportunity to spend time outdoors, enjoying the company of her family and friends.
